MonoDuty vs AlertOps
Use this comparison when both a focused alerting service and a broader IT-operations routing tool could fit. Your shortlist should depend on the number of teams, integration behavior and operational workflow you need to prove.

Make the decision around your team’s work
A team grows past an entry-plan limit
A low entry price can stop applying before your rotation is complete. AlertOps Standard caps the team at ten users; MonoDuty Pro caps it at 25. Compare the actual next plan and required capabilities instead of extending an entry price to an unsupported team size.
Routing a business support call
An inbound live-call route is different from an outbound voice notification. If customers must phone a number that reaches the current responder, document that requirement explicitly and evaluate AlertOps' relevant tier. Do not infer inbound call routing from MonoDuty's outbound voice channel.
International coverage and administration
List the destination countries, expected SMS/voice usage and permission model. Request a quote for the necessary workflows, SSO and notification allowances. Tie every required integration to a sample trigger, update and close event in the pilot.

Ask during the trial: Require a real missed-acknowledgment test, quota checks and an exit export. Do not assume mobile push, chat-side response actions or repeating escalation loops.

What to prove in the trial
- Route a sanitized alert using the real ownership fields and verify a repeated event is handled as intended.
- Exercise primary and backup destinations in every required country.
- If needed, place an inbound test call and prove it reaches the currently scheduled person.
- Confirm the price after team-size limits, SSO, workflows and communication allowances.
Use synthetic events and agreed test recipients. Keep the current paging route active while you gather evidence, then rehearse rollback before cutover.

Choose up to three. Filters show documented workflow scope, sometimes on higher plans. An omitted match means this inventory has not established the requirement. Your choices, prices and evidence stay in this browser; save a dated result below.
